Celebrate Thanksgiving at Ladd’s Tavern, the all-day tavern at Pendry Natirar in Somerset County, New Jersey, with a three-course prix fixe dinner. Start with roasted pumpkin soup or a frisée salad with bacon lardons, then choose traditional turkey, slow-roasted prime rib or pan-seared Faroe Island salmon. Truffled mashed potatoes, sausage brioche stuffing and delicata squash come family style for the table. Pumpkin pie or browned butter spice cake closes it out, with gluten-free and vegetarian options marked throughout the menu.
